Whether your unit is in warranty or not we want to give you every assistance in maintaining it in full working order. 

You can return equipment for a refund within thirty (30) from date product is shipped from our facility - not from the date you receive the product or put it on air. There will be a 15% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. After 30 days equipment CANNOT be returned for a refund. PTEK will repair any faults under the terms of your warranty. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Should you wish to return it for service you will need an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number.
Go to the RMA page for instructions. Items must be returned within 14 days of RMA being issued.

Repack transmitter carefully and in original manufacturer's box or equivalent packaging. Remove power supplies from GAMMA Series, unless they are suspected to be faulty, then ship power supplies carefully in separate box. All repairs are shipped within 48 hours if faulty component is in stock. You should receive your equipment within 7-10 business days from the ship day.

Units returned under warranty with no faults found. will be charged a service fee of either $300 for equipment 150-500 watts and $1,250 for 1,000+ watts plus all shipping costs. NO EXCEPTIONS
